Cancellations and Substitutions

If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to send a substitute. Or, if you cancel in writing by Friday, May 1, 2017, you may get a full refund. After that date, there is no refund, but you may use your registration fee at any future Directors’ Convention. Registrants who do not cancel and do not attend are liable for the full conference fee. Cancellations via phone will not be accepted.
